The problem is I've changed my device nearly a year ago. Now I want to play that game with my old account (I've made an ID there) but I forget my ID and password. The support team of that game developer asked me when I installed that app and my last access. They told me to contact google support to access my information about download date of Fantasy Forest Story game. I've downloaded that app again in my new device, but I really need to know when I downloaded and deleted my games around 2 years go because with that information I probably can get my account back. What should I do to get that information because I can't find it in my order history since I never made any purchase for that game?
